XDRIP Property Group is the Colorado-based real-estate tokenization arm of XDRIP Digital Management LLC. We built the foundation in the right jurisdiction at the right time — Colorado's progressive blockchain regulations let us issue compliant fractional property tokens without compromising on legal certainty.
From that foundation, we scale nationally and internationally. Every property onboarded to the protocol carries the same legal and technical rails: verified title, regulated custody, on-chain ownership, automated distributions, and a shared liquidity layer with the wider XDRIP DOT network.
